I joined a new sewalong! It's pants this time, and I need a pair of brown trousers.

Shirt... Since I cannot find neither the pattern nor the magazine...more words later. Ok, a few words anyway... It is too big and the front opening is way way too low but I love love love this pattern and the fabric too!!!

Pouch a' la Chanel (ish) - WR It's finished! Bought the chain and a matching ribbon it was a matter of minutes to get it done. I opted for the purse version after all. The reason is, as Emmy Jay noted - thanks for all the comments by the way! - the possibility of spilling things due to the size of the side openings. If I want to make a wristlet next time I will certainly add a zipper. And, of course, I should also use some batting or stiffer fabric to give more body to the bag. The interfacing I used proved not to be enough....
