Finally the second muslin

The only thing to do was taking in the center back a bit. Almost perfect! The length, too.

Wow!!! Your muslin turned out really nice. I love your La Mia Boutique top that you wore recently. I'm glad you finally got a picture of it with you in it.

Thank you Andrea! It really is better to take photos of a garment on a real body. Thats why I cant wait to get a tripod, hehe! :-)

Cute hat from leftovers - WR Cute! Made with the leftovers from this project following the instructions fellow Refashionista Andreae provided. Thanks Andreae! I also made mittens using the orange sweater leftovers but, ugh, it was a disaster. They flew directly into the trash bin. Sometimes it happens...:-(

Brown trousers - Burda Easy fashion F/S 2009, flared pants model F Finished! But, ahem, the muslin looked better. Must be the different fabric. This one is a bit stretchy, unlike the muslin, and it pulls in every direction. Something going on with the crotch? What to do with that? Any ideas? This fabric has a different (heavier) fall. We shall see how the fabric behaves after some wearing. Right now I'm pleased and happy with them. Soo comfortable! I think they look quite good, don't they? I have a dark blue denim with no stretch to use now. Should I use this pattern again to see the difference?
